Cagliari midfielder Radja Nainggolan has attracted an approach from AC Milan.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Milan see the 22-year-old Belgian as a cheaper alternative to Santos' Ganso.

Adriano Galliani has already been in touch with Cagliari President Massimo Cellino to register his interest.

Milan have eight players whose contracts are due to expire this summer, the majority of whom are midfielders, hence the need to reinforce the position.
