AC Milan director Ricky Massara is tightlipped on claims of a deal being close for LA Galaxy striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Massara stated, “Ibrahimovic is a great champion who has written important pages in the Milan history books. When his name is accosted to Milan, it becomes an irresistible suggestion, but it remains only an idea. When the transfer window opens, then we'll see with the coach what needs to be done.

“These lads are working hard and need to improve their concentration levels towards the end of games, although that is perhaps down to their youth and inexperience. We all have to mature quickly so this can get back to being the Milan we all remember."
