AC Milan coach Ancelotti satisfied after Juventus stalemate

"We struggled in the first half, but after the break Juve's pressure dropped and we took control," said Ancelotti at the final whistle.

This result set a new club record, as Milan had never before gone nine consecutive home games without a victory.

"The statistics say we don't score often enough at home. Today we had some good chances and have nothing to reproach ourselves for," insisted Ancelotti.

"We could have been a little luckier and there was a penalty incident on Alberto Gilardino."

Gila seemed to be tugged back by his shorts when stretching to get on the end of a dangerous Kaka cross, but the referee waved play on.

"Juventus are a very compact side and they kept a lot of pressure on Andrea Pirlo. Ronaldo? We have time to get him back into shape."
