Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane says he's to blame after they were dumped out of the Copa del Rey by little Leganes.
Real lost the second-leg at home 2-1 as Karim Benzema's goal was canceled out by Javier Eraso and Gabriel Appelt Pires for the visitors.
Afterwards, Zidane admitted it was "the worst night" of his coaching career.
"After the first leg, to do the first half we have done ... It cannot be, it is a logical result because we did not do what we wanted, it is a failure and I assume it, I am responsible, I am very disappointed. It's a very hard blow," he said.
"I always take responsibility for what I do, it's my worst night, winning 1-0 there and starting as we started ... I do not understand what happened, now we have to see how we are going to lift ourselves.
"I'm not angry with my players, I'm angry with me, my players try, they run, sometimes badly, but it's my fault.
"Some players did not have their usual level, it's football, the players try, but sometimes things do not work out."
Zidane added: "I do not know if it's the worst season in Madrid's history, I do not care, I have to be positive even with tonight, we have to apologise to the public, take the situation and get up, because 2018 has not finished and we have to play a League match on Saturday and on February 14 comes the Champions League."
