Barcelona great Xavi has been impressed by Ansu Fati this season.

The 17 year-old attacker has shone for Barca - and caught the eye of Al Sadd coach Xavi.

He said, "This is good news for Barça. In addition, he is from the training centre, it shows that they work well. It's a good surprise for Barça and Spanish football too."

Xavi was also asked about the potential return of PSG star Neymar.

He told DjMaRiiO: "The return of Neymar? Why not? I have no doubts about his football. I lived with him in a locker room and I think he is a great person.

"He was a professional here in Barcelona and he made a difference. Then there is the social, bureaucratic side, in which I do not get involved.

"But on the field, he is among the top five in the world."
