Wolves striker Matheus Cunha says there's more to come from the team after victory over Porto.

Wolves won yesterday's preseason friendly 1-0.

Cunha later told the club's website: "It's been very important for us [to get more minutes on the pitch]. It's the first game with a little bit of toughness because we were playing against a team in the Champions League. They are always a very competitive team, so it was very important for us.

“We know we need to work a little bit more, but that's normal because we're in the pre-season, but going with this win is very good for us.

“We see the people here and when you play with this kind of support it helps us a lot. After this win, it's for the fans and it's very good for us."

He added: “For us, it's very important that we look at each game and each week because with each time we come with new things and you need to learn and you need to adapt because that is very important for us.

“But we're trying to feel really happy. I want to restart tomorrow and win a lot of games, for sure, and do a good season for us and for the fans, and do everything for Wolverhampton."
