Wolves have turned down a loan offer from Tottenham for winger Adama Traore.
The 24-year-old is a serious target for his former boss Nuno Espirito Santo, who is now at Spurs.
According to The Telegraph, Spurs' offer of a one year loan with a £5 million loan fee, along with an option to buy, was turned down by Wolves.
The Molineux Stadium club are determined not to weaken their squad this late in the transfer window.
Traore still has two years remaining on his contract, and Wolves may believe they can convince him to extend that deal in the coming months.
