Wolves legend Steve Bull was proud of the club after their FA Cup defeat of Manchester United.
Bull wrote for the Daily Mail: "Beating Man United was unbelievable. I've not seen scenes like that for an awfully long time at Molineux. It is one of the very top matches I've attended for the atmosphere. The crowd were electrifying.
"It brought me back to the days when we had the play-offs with Crystal Palace in 1997. This time the fans' noise gave the team that final push.
"I was in the Billy Wright Stand doing media work. You needed to be there to experience it.
"When the first goal went in I thought, 'Oh my goodness me, we might have a game here'. The place just erupted.
"All day long, I'd been speaking to people about what might come. Then when it's happening you're looking over your shoulder thinking, 'With these lot behind us…'
"The lads deserved the win."
