Wolves are in talks for Barcelona midfielder Nico Gonzalez.

Nico has been urged to find himself a new club by coach Xavi in order not to stall his development.

The youngster's agent Jorge Mendes is close to Wolves and talks are underway over a loan for the midfielder.

Nico is the son of Deportivo La Coruna legend and former Manchester City youth coach Fran.

Mendes is also placing Valencia striker Goncalo Guedes to Wolves this week.
