Veteran Spanish striker Diego Costa is set to be announced as a Wolves player this week.
The centre-forward, who is now 33, is a two-time Premier League winner with Chelsea.
He has also spent time at Atletico Madrid in his playing heyday.
Costa has not played since leaving Atletico Miniero in Brazil in January.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that he has completed his Wolves medical, while he has been granted a work permit.
Costa could be involved for Wolves as early as this or next weekend.
