Wolves are closing on a deal for Olympiakos winger Daniel Podence.

Podence was withdrawn from Greek club Olympiakos' squad for their game against AEK Athens on Sunday ahead of a possible move to Molineux.

Olympiakos head of communications Nikos Gavalas said: “The difference was between the two clubs regarding the terms of Podence's contract.

"The matter will clear up immediately. Olympiakos is known for tough negotiations."

The Greek side are looking for a deal above the £20million mark.
