Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui says he's keen to work with Raul Jimenez.
Lopetegui hopes the Mexico international will return from the World Cup injury-free.
He said, "It will depend on him. Yes, it is true that it is far from his best version as long as the last two and a half months he has not played any minutes with the team, but I think his best version is necessary for the team, for him and for the club.
"But it depends on him. We will try to help not only him but everyone. Now, unfortunately, we lose him for a while because he leaves with his team, not having played a minute with Wolves.
"In this case we still had the doubt of whether or not he was going, he has decided to go. We absolutely respect his and Mexico's decision because that is part of their decision area and we will be aware and concerned that he will return healthy and prepared, better prepared than as he has gone."
