Windass urges Hull to bring back Palace striker Campbell

Hull City legend Dean Windass would like to see Steve Bruce bring Crystal Palace striker Fraizer Campbell back to the KC.

Windass wrote in the Hull Daily Mail: "One player who I believe the Tigers could turn to is Fraizer Campbell.

"The 27-year-old was first class in the season he spent with City in the Championship, helping the club to promotion, and he really should have stuck with us for our first season in the top flight.

"He is currently out of favour under new Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew, and with Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo being brought in at Selhurst Park, there could be scope for a move back to the KC Stadium.

"Campbell is the type of player you need in your squad - he knows exactly where the goal is."
