William Saliba could be training with Arsenal next week.

The Daily Star says Saliba is set to return to Arsenal from his loan spell at St-Etienne after the French football season was called off due to the coronavirus pandemic.

But unfortunately for the 19-year-old, he will not be able to play for the Gunners until the 2020/21 campaign.

Premier League chiefs are working hard to get the season back up and running despite the global pandemic, which has forced French officials to end their Ligue 1 campaign earlier than anticipated.

Despite not yet mathematically becoming champions, Paris St-Germain have been awarded the title while sitting 12 points clear in first place.
