Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder says he wants to keep his squad together should they go down.
The likes of Sander Berge and Jayden Bogle will attract offers this summer.
But Wilder says: "For me, the model of the club is we keep and go again.
"I don't want to lose anybody. That's not the model I'm working to. Unless a fabulous bid comes in for one of our players, and we can't stand in their way.
"I didn't really want to lose David Brooks but we had to do that bit of business to fund a promotion push. The decision at that time was beneficial for the football club."
