Wigan Athletic intend to offer the manager's job to Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs.

The Daily Mail says Wigan are ready to offer Giggs his first managerial role, though the size of his transfer budget could make or break any deal.

Manchester United legend Giggs features prominently on the club's list of candidates, along with Karl Robinson who was sacked by League One side MK Dons at the weekend.
