Wigan Athletic attacker Shaun Maloney is being linked with a return to Aston Villa.
The Express & Star says Maloney has been linked with a return to Villa Park after being relegated with the Latics this season.
Maloney joined Villa in 2007, but moved back north of the border to Celtic less than two years later.
