West Ham winger Martin Samuelsen is rediscovering his best form on-loan at FK Haugesund.
After cutting short his spell at VVV Venlo, Samuelson is now impressing at home in Norway with Haugesund.
He told VG: "Sometimes you have to take a step back before you take two forward, and with most windows closed, Haugesund in the Eliteserien was natural."
And Samuelsen hasn't ruled out extending his stay.
"We must see how it goes and take an evaluation over time. If I find a good flow and do what I hope I will, then there has to be an agreement with the clubs and me on what is best.
"I attack every challenge one hundred percent and I do not go into this differently. I'm ready to give my best."
