West Ham are ready to launch midfield raids on relegated pair Southampton and Leicester City.
The Daily Mail says Saints captain James Ward-Prowse and Foxes winger Harvey Barnes are West Ham targets.
The news comes after a Friday meeting between manager David Moyes and chairman David Sullivan where it was agreed they'd target Premier League talent this summer market.
Both players are set to leave their respective clubs after relegation last season.
Selling Declan Rice is expected to fund moves for Ward-Prowse and Barnes.
