West Ham United defender Vladimir Coufal is out of his nation's World Cup Qualifiers against Wales and Belarus.

Coufal was hoping to represent the Czech Republic during the international break, but he is set to spend that time rehabilitating.

The right-back missed his team's Europa League win over Rapid Vienna last Thursday with an injury issue.

He did play against Leeds in the Premier League a few days later, but the problem may have re-emerged.
