West Ham United are worried about missing out on Conor Gallagher from Chelsea this summer.

The attacking midfielder is their prime target to replace Declan Rice, who is now at Arsenal.

However, The Mail states that West Ham are concerned they will not get their man after all.

Gallagher is the subject of several offers from the Hammers, who are set to agree to Chelsea's terms for the transfer.

However, they now believe that Gallagher may decide he wants to stay at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have a dearth of central midfielders and Gallagher hopes he can shine for Mauricio Pochettino this term.
