West Ham United are stealing a march in the race to sign Michy Batshuayi this summer.

The Chelsea and Belgium striker is surplus to requirements with the London club.

The Express says boss Frank Lampard is willing to sell Batshuayi and others to fund his own spending spree.

The 26-year-old has played a bit part role this season.

And the Hammers would offer him first team football, which is appealing if they can remain in the Premier League.
