West Ham United are believed to be closing in on Hamilton Academical defender Stephen Hendrie.
Goal.com suggests that the Hammers have reached a pre-contract agreement with the 20-year old left-back who will officially join in the summer.
The Scotland U21 international had previously been the subject of interest from the east London club, who had seen some bids turned down by the Accies, but it appears as though he may be on his way to Upton Park at the end of the season.
It is believed that Hendrie, who has attracted interest from Scottish giants Celtic, will undergo a medical in the next day or two before having his move to West Ham confirmed.
