West Ham United are tracking Vitoria De Guimaraes midfielder Bernard Mensah.

The Ghanaian has also attracted interest from Juventus.

West Ham scouts have been looking at Mensah in the past couple of months and may make a move in the summer, says the Mirror.

Mensah has played 20 games in the Primeira Liga so far this season, finding the net on four different occasions, including a striker against Porto in September.
