West Ham United manager David Moyes is considering a move for Phil Jones.
Moyes managed Jones for a year at Manchester United when he took over from Sir Alex Ferguson.
The Englishman has seen his career stall at United, mostly due to his own injury problems.
The Mirror suggests that Jones is available for roughly £12 million, with the Hammers and Newcastle United interested.
Jones would also link up with a Man United old boy if he went to Newcastle, as former Red Devils defender Steve Bruce is in charge there.
He does want regular football, and that will be a key consideration if he leaves Manchester this summer.
