West Ham anger as Arsenal delay Rice move

West Ham are furious with Arsenal over the delays for Declan Rice's British record transfer.

West Ham accepted an offer of £100m plus £5m in bonuses on June 27, but Arsenal's legal team are yet to sign off on the agreement.

It has meant the Irons are left in limbo and they're yet to act in the summer market, so leaving them furious, says The Sun.

Arsenal wanted to stagger the instalments over a five-year period, but West Ham once again dug their heels in and got their wish to have the full £100m by 2025.

But with Arsenal's lawyers still studying the fine print, there is growing frustration at West Ham's end over their behaviour.
