West Ham United and Newcastle United have been told what it'll cost to buy full-back Kevin Malcuit.
According to talkSPORT, Saint Etienne have notified the Premier League duo that they'll have to pay £8m for the 25-year old.
The Ligue 1 club have already rejected a £6m offer for the Frenchman from Lille.
Malcuit, who scored 3 goals in 25 league appearances last season, is said to be keen on a move to the Premier League.
