West Brom waiting on responses from Vaughan, Gera

West Bromwich Albion are hoping for Bosman deals with Zoltan Gera and Craig Gardner in the next 24 hours.

Albion have offered terms to Vaughan and Gera, who are available on free transfers after the end of their contracts at Blackpool and Fulham respectively.

Vaughan has been offered a new contract by Blackpool but wants to remain in the Premier League.

The 28-year-old is believed to favour a move to Albion but is also considering an offer from Sunderland.

Gera has already spent four years with the Baggies before moving to Fulham in the summer of 2008. The Hungarian international could be reunited with current Albion head coach Roy Hodgson, who signed him for the Cottagers.
