West Brom are planning to sign West Ham winger Grady Diangana.
The Daily Star says the 22-year-old has been a sensation during his season-long loan from West Ham and Bilic is desperate to engineer a permanent switch.
Diangana scored one and made one in the 2-2 draw with QPR which ended up clinching automatic promotion for The Baggies on the final day.
He's a massive favourite with fans and Bilic is on a mission to try and keep most of his promotion side at the club.
He believes the bulk of them are good enough to grace the top flight and is eager to give them a crack at the Premier League without spending a fortune on wholesale changes.
West Ham played hardball over Albion's £15m valuation but with promotion in the bag, they could be ready to go in with a £20m offer to get their man.
