Watford forward Richarlison will have a medical with Everton within the next 24 hours.
According to Sky Sports, the Brazilian has now left Watford's preseason camp in Austria ahead of a £50m move to Goodison Park.
The clubs are still discussing the structure of the fee, which could include compensation for the Toffees' pursuit of Silva whilst he was in charge of the Hornets.
Richarlison would become the club's record signing, displacing Gylfi Sigurdsson, who arrived for £45m last summer.
Watford will have made a hefty return on Richarlison, having paid Fluminese £13m last August.
