Watford defender Daniel Pudil is keen to stay with Sheffield Wednesday long-term.
Pudil would be happy to turn his season-long loan to Wednesday into a permanent deal.
“It was important to join for some time," he told the Yorkshire Post. “I wanted to be at a club for a season or move permanently. I now have to think about my family.
“My little one is going to school and I don't want to bring him here for seven to eight months and move him again.
“I would like to stay in Sheffield. If the chairman wants me at the end of the season, I would be perfectly happy."
