Jack Harrison continued his impressive recent form for New York City FC with a sublime goal in their 3-1 win at Montreal Impact.
NYCFC moved to the top of MLS' Eastern Conference table courtesy of the victory over Didier Drogba's Impact at the Stade Saputo with goals from David Villa, Harrison and Frank Lampard.
Former Barcelona and Valencia striker Villa opened the scoring in the 35th minute when receiving a pass from Tommy McNamara, easily disposing of Victor Cabrera, before angling past Evan Bush to notch his 13th goal of the campaign.
19-year-old Harrison, who spent seven years with Manchester United's academy up until 2010, then got on the end of a long ball from McNamara before turning Impact left-back Ambroise Oyongo inside out and producing an inch-perfect left-footed effort beyond Bush for his third MLS goal in just his eighth appearance.
Montreal pulled one back through Harrison Shipp 10 minutes into the second half before Chelsea legend Lampard wrapped it up in the 85th minute with a fortuitously deflected goal for his fifth in his last six outings.
