Local fans flocked to the Nou Camp to welcome former captain Xavi back as new coach of Barca.

Here we see Xavi being presented to the home crowd by Barca president Joan Laporta as he took to the pitch for the first time since Saturday morning's announcement that the former midfielder was new head coach.

Xavi later was unveiled to the world's media.
