Barcelona fullback Jordi Alaba hailed their character for victory at Athletic Bilbao.

Lionel Messi struck twice and Pedri also scored for the 3-2 win at San Mames. Alba says the players were delighted at the final whistle for the crucial win.

Meanwhile, teenage midfielder Pedri admits Athletic's opening goal sparked them into action. The goalscorer says they had to adjust their defending to stop Athletic's attacks as they worked their way back into the game.
