Manchester City fullback Kyle Walker says the players want to win the Champions League for Sergio Aguero.

Aguero will leave City this summer after ten years with the club.

City will meet Chelsea in the Champions League final and Walker says, "There is no other way to describe the man, for what he has done for this club and the Premier League.

"Few people fall into his category.

"With a little luck, we can get him to leave with a Champions League medal around his neck, something I'm sure he's dreamed of his whole life."
