West Ham United captain Matthew Upson says the home fans were key to their derby win over Tottenham.
Avram Grant's men are unbeaten in three games and the captain was quick to praise the supporters for their part.
"Saturday was a classic derby," the England centre-back told whufc.com. "Right from the off, the atmosphere was good. We then set the tempo well and the crowd followed us. It is up to us to give them something to shout about and they didn't disappoint us.
"When the crowd are like that it adds to the whole atmosphere of the game and the quality of the performance. It is a big thing for us when they are like that and we are really pleased we could give them what they wanted."
