Liverpool booked their spot in the FA Cup semi-final on Wednesday night courtesy of a 1-0 win over Blackburn Rovers.
There was plenty of acknowledgment for the Anfield club straight after the final whistle after Philippe Coutinho guided them through to the final four with a fine goal in the 70th minute.
The Reds will meet Aston Villa at Wembley on April 19 and there will be plenty of support from players past and present and fans alike for Brendan Rodgers' side as evidenced by the reaction on Twitter.
Former Reds attacking midfielder Luis Garcia was proud of his old side and paid special praise to the match-winner.
Great win for Liverpool 1 vs Blackburn 0. @Phil_Coutinho proved again how important he is for the club, Present and Future. #YNWA
