Trossard frustrated as Brighton lose to Man Utd: We played 7 minutes of extra-time?

Leandro Trossard hit the post three times in Brighton's 2-3 defeat to Manchester United on Saturday.

A match packed full of incident was settled with the very final kick as Bruno Fernandes coolly stroked in the winning penalty, spotted and awarded via a VAR check for Neal Maupay's handball from a corner, all after on-field official Chris Kavanagh had blown to signal the end of the match.

Afterwards a frustrated Trossard remarked: "Unbelievable, the feeling I can't describe, we were the better team today.

"We deserved at least a point, it's a shame. There were five minutes added on and we played at least seven.

"Sometimes it's just not your day."
