Brighton are being encouraged to up their bid for Trabzonspor goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir.
Trabzonspor are prepared to sell the Turkey international this summer and were left frustrated after Sheffield United pulled out of negotiations last week. The Blades had had two offers tabled and rejected by Trabzonspor before turning to Aaron Ramsdale, who has just been signed from Bournemouth.
Fanatik says Brighton have also been in contact, though failed with a bid of €15m for Cakir.
But there's a confidence via Brighton's intermediaries that they'll be back with a new offer in the coming days.
