Yaya Toure insists Manchester City are not out of the Premier League title race.
City were beaten 2-1 at Arsenal on Monday night to remain six points behind league leaders Leicester City, while falling four in arrears of the second-placed Gunners.
First-half goals from Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud had Arsenal in pole position at the Emirates Stadium before Toure's sublime 82nd-minute goal had City in with a great chance of grabbing at least a point.
The midfielder admits it was a disappointing result for he and his teammates but has made it clear that the 2012 and 2014 champions still have every conceivable chance of fighting back to claim the premiership.
"In the end we were unlucky. We had a couple of chances and it is disappointing," he told Sky Sports.
"Arsenal counter-attacked very quick, it is tough to take.
"We played very well, it's not easy to control the game at Arsenal.
"They took their chances, Theo Walcott scored a great goal but the league is not finished yet.
"We showed a couple of years ago that we can win the league from behind. We will get all the players fit and get back to business."
