Tottenham veteran Ivan Perisic wants to move on as a free agent this summer.
The Croatian veteran was an Antonio Conte signing, with the Italian using him as a wing-back.
As new coach Ange Postecoglou will play a four at the back formation with wingers, Perisic may be surplus to requirements.
Per Gianluca Di Marzio, the Croatia international will seal a free transfer return to his homeland.
The 34-year-old is most likely to play for Hajduk Split next season to round off his career.
Perisic will have to take a pay cut, as Split will not pay him anything close to the wage he earned at Spurs.
