Tottenham are reportedly set to end their pursuit of West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino after their second bid of £21million was turned down.
The Daily Mail is reporting West Brom have placed a £25million price tag on the 22-year-old – a fee Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is reluctant to meet.
It is understood the Tottenham board will discuss making a third bid for Berahino at meetings on Thursday, and if that is rejected by Albion, will abandon their chase.
