Tottenham are targeting Al-Ittihad striker Jota.

Football Insider says Jota is a loan target for Spurs, where he worked with manager Ange Postecoglou for Celtic.

Jota, 24, moved to Al-Ittihad in the summer for €29m and made an immediate five appearances before being deregistered by the Saudis for the SPL season.

The Portuguese was squeezed out due to the eight player foreign limit.

Spurs now hope to take Jota on-loan in January as they seek to boost their attacking options.
