Tottenham are opening new contract talks with Eric Dier.

Football Insider says Tottenham wants to extend Dier's deal and negotiations have begun.

Manager Antonio Conte is happy with the centre-back/midfielder and Tottenham want to secure him until 2026.

The negotiations are still in the early stages, but there are positive tones from both camps.

Dier, 29, has a deal with Spurs to 2024.
