Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is full of pride being part of their 6-1 win at Manchester United last week.

The Dane played the full 90 in one of the most significant victories for Spurs this century.

Hojbjerg said, "It was really cool, but not surreal, because I think it was deserved. I think it was okay, but of course it is not a result that happens every day - especially not in a historic place.

"There was a good mood, hugs and high fives all around, but there was also a recognition that this can be interesting.

"I think anything is possible but sharing optimism would be wrong. We have a great team and a great coach. The club is fantastic and our whole setup is playing well, so I think it would be wrong not to wear the optimistic and motivated glasses in terms of being able to achieve something.

"It may be that the club has not won anything for a number of years, but it is not the case that you start the season and say that this year we will not win. You always go after winning something, and Tottenham is a great club that also deserves to win something.

"It can be really exciting, but that's not what we go every day and tell ourselves. It is all about battle for battle and victory for victory, and then we have to see how far it goes."
