Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has sung the praises of Sampdoria winger Mikkel Damsgaard.
The youngster was impressive for Denmark in defeat to Belgium this week.
Hojbjerg said, "We've seen in a couple of games now what he can do, but what really makes me have to take my hat off is that he did it under so much pressure, in such a big setting and with so many eyes on him and played relatively freely and determined.
"Every action had like a meaning, and it shows maturity, quality and first and foremost that he has something that not many football players in this country have.
"When you stand here and a player is on the way forward and he is unique, then it cannot always be all the way. He must keep working hard and be humble. He needs to have a little spanking and he needs good experiences. He has to have it all, because that's what kind of makes him the player and athlete he's definitely going to be.
"Time is on his side, and then it's just about continuing to work hard. What he did against Belgium is rarely seen."
