Tottenham midfielder Pierre Emile Hojbjerg admits Denmark weren't at their best for victory over Kazakhstan.
The Danes won 3-1 on the night.
Hojbjerg said, "It was a laborious victory. I think the points were needed and important. The game wasn't great, but sometimes it's these things that in the long run make you achieve good results, because you can also win on these days.
"So it is approved, but it is clear that the game must be better. But it's nicer to stand and say after three points in a full stadium with a nice support.
"We try to give back as much as possible, and we know that we have to keep improving."
