Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg says he and manager Ange Postecoglou are on good terms.

It was suggested Dane was not in Postecoglou's plans and encouraged to leave.

But with the summer market shut, Hojbjerg remains a Spurs player and he told Bold: "I follow the path of the coach and the team. Fortunately, it has been a good tone the whole time and there have been no problems from either side.

"Fortunately, there is a great understanding that the only thing that is important are the challenges that await the team and the club.

"There has been a good dialogue all along, and there has been great respect for both parties."
