Tottenham fullback Ryan Sessegnon says he'll always be grateful to former manager Mauricio Pochettino for bringing him to the club.

Pochettino signed Sessegnon from Fulham last summer before his dismissal last month.

Sessegnon said: “For me, he was a big part of me coming to the club.

“I knew they had been watching me for a while and to finally get the opportunity to come to the club, play under him was a dream come true.

“Then of course for him to go suddenly after not working with him at all was disappointing because, like I say, he was one of the reasons I came to the club."
