Tottenham boss Postecoglou happy dominating Forest

Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou was delighted with their victory over Nottingham Forest.

Spurs were comfortable 3-1 winners with Micky van de Ven and Pedro Porro on the scoresheet.

Postecoglou said: "Had a little bit of everything. We started the game well enough apart. I thought we lost our way towards the back end of this first half. Second half we were really dominant against a team that is pretty desperate and fighting for everything.

"It's something we've been working on with the guys. Micky can strike a ball and Pedro certainly can. It just needs a bit of composure. Micky's was outstanding.

"We needed some energy. Three games in a week. I have the luxury of now having a squad so why not utilise it. We've got a tough run-in and we're going to need to whole squad."

On the fact they will now play the top three, he added: "I couldn't care less about that [who wins the title]. We're in there scrapping for ourselves. We want to finish the team strong."
